Terms and Conditions for Shopify SEO Services

Welcome to Angel Diaz SEO. By purchasing any of our Shopify SEO services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
1. Service Overview
Angel Diaz SEO offers Shopify-specific SEO services that may include:
- Shopify SEO Audit: Comprehensive analysis of your store’s SEO performance.
- On-Page SEO: Optimization of product descriptions, title tags, meta descriptions, and alt texts.
- Technical SEO: Improvements to site structure, speed, mobile responsiveness, and resolving crawl issues.
- Keyword Research: Identification of relevant and high-performing keywords for your Shopify store.
- Content Optimization: Creating and optimizing content for better search engine visibility.
- Monthly SEO Reports: Detailed reports tracking progress, keyword rankings, traffic growth, and more.
2. Scope of Services
- Angel Diaz SEO provides services on a project or monthly basis, depending on the package selected.
- The SEO process is dynamic, and results may vary depending on factors such as Shopify’s platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes like rankings or traffic increases.
- Off-page SEO, such as link building, is not automatically included unless specified in the service description.
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required upfront to begin work.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and all transactions are non-refundable once the service commences.
- Any additional services requested outside the scope of the initial agreement may incur extra fees.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the effective implementation of SEO strategies, you are responsible for:
- Providing timely and accurate access to your Shopify store, analytics tools, and any other necessary resources.
- Ensuring that the website complies with Google’s webmaster guidelines to avoid penalties.
- Cooperating with Angel Diaz SEO in a timely manner by providing feedback and addressing any issues raised during the project.
5. Service Delivery Timeline
The timeline for service delivery depends on the complexity of the project and promptness in client feedback. While we strive to meet deadlines, Angel Diaz SEO cannot be held liable for delays caused by external factors or lack of timely responses.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase and before any work has commenced will be eligible for a full refund.
- After work begins, no refunds will be provided for any reason.
- Angel Diaz SEO reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates these Terms and Conditions or fails to cooperate, without offering a refund.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business data, credentials, reports, and communications. Client data will only be shared with third parties when absolutely necessary for the provision of services.
8. Limitation of Liability
Angel Diaz SEO is not responsible for:
- Changes to Shopify’s platform, search engine algorithms, or other external factors that may negatively affect SEO results.
- Any loss of revenue or damages that arise from delays, ranking drops, or other unforeseen issues during or after the SEO process.
- In no event shall the liability of Angel Diaz SEO exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service.
9. Termination
Angel Diaz SEO reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the client:
- Fails to make timely payments.
- Does not cooperate or provide required information.
- Engages in behavior that negatively impacts the project.
In the event of termination, no refunds will be issued for work already completed.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Angel Diaz SEO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for any changes.
