These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our SEO Recruitment Services and are entered into between [Your Agency Name] (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the client (“you”). By proceeding with the checkout and purchasing one of our recruitment packages, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Terms for All Packages

1.1 Payment Terms

• Payment is required upfront, before we commence work on your project.
• We accept payment through Stripe and other specified methods. All payments are non-refundable once the work has begun.

1.2 Project Timeline

• The timeline for completion of the recruitment process varies depending on the package chosen. We strive to complete all services within the estimated time but cannot guarantee specific deadlines due to factors outside our control (e.g., candidate availability, unexpected delays).

1.3 Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your project within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are not eligible for a refund as work will have commenced.

1.4 Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the onboarding process. Any delays caused by missing or incorrect information may affect the project timeline.

1.5 Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, miscommunications, or failure to meet expectations related to third-party candidates. We are a facilitator and advisor, and the final hiring decision rests with you.

2. Plan-Specific Terms and Deliverables

2.1 Starter Package: SEO Job Posting & Proposal Review
Deliverables:

• SEO-Optimized Job Posting: We will create a customized job posting designed to attract the most qualified SEO candidates for your project.
• Proposal Review: We will review up to 50 candidate proposals, analyzing their qualifications and SEO experience.
• Shortlist Recommendations: Based on our review, we will recommend the top 3 candidates for your consideration.
• We won’t conduct candidate online meetings with the purpose of interviewing.
• We won’t test SEO skills.

Timeline: This service will be completed within 7 business days from the date of confirmation.

2.2 Pro Package: Full-Service SEO Recruitment
Deliverables:

• SEO-Optimized Job Posting: We will create a tailored, SEO-friendly job posting for your project.
• Proposal Review & Analysis: We will review and analyze up to 100 candidate proposals.
• Candidate Interviews: We will conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates, focusing on SEO expertise, communication, and cultural fit.
• Skills Testing: Where applicable, we will conduct a basic SEO skills test to ensure candidates meet your requirements.
• Shortlist & Recommendations: We will present a final shortlist of 3 candidates, each accompanied by a detailed assessment, including strengths, weaknesses, and availability.

Timeline: This service will be completed within 5-14 business days from the date of confirmation.

2.3 Elite Package: SEO Recruitment + Management & Consulting
Deliverables:

• SEO-Optimized Job Posting: We will create a detailed job listing aimed at attracting top-tier SEO talent.
• Proposal Review & Analysis: We will review and analyze up to 150 proposals, identifying the most qualified candidates.
• Candidate Interviews & Skills Testing: In-depth interviews and skills tests will be conducted to assess candidates’ SEO abilities.
• Shortlist & Detailed Candidate Assessment: A final shortlist of 3 candidates will be provided, with full assessments including skillset, past performance, and cultural fit.
• Candidate Management: Ongoing management of the candidate, ensuring they meet deadlines and perform the agreed tasks. (Up to 10 deliverables per month or up to 5 hours per month)
• Deliverables Review: We will review the SEO work completed by the hired candidate to ensure it meets your expectations and project goals. (Up to 10 deliverables per month or up to 5 hours per month)
• SEO Consulting: Ongoing SEO consulting to help guide both you and the freelancer through the process and provide advice on SEO strategy and execution. (Up to 2 hours per month)

Timeline: This service will be completed within 14-21 business days from the date of confirmation. Ongoing management and consulting will be available for up to 3 months post-hire.

3. Confidentiality
All information provided by you during the course of this service will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties except for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement.

4. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with the checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, and you accept the deliverables as outlined above. You also agree to provide any necessary information promptly to allow us to fulfill our obligations.
